RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges as a standard policy. However, certain exceptions may apply at our discretion. Please reach out directly for case-by-case support.

REFUNDS

At MUNIE, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. All items are made or prepared with care, and as such, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to review product details and colour descriptions carefully before confirming an order. If you experience any issues, kindly reach out — while refunds aren't part of our policy, we're happy to assist on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction wherever possible.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be modified after payment only if production has not started or the order has not been dispatched. Once production is underway or the item is in transit, modifications and cancellations are not permitted.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

In the rare event of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us immediately at shopmunie@gmail.com with photos of the damage (if applicable) and your order number. Resolution will be determined at the discretion of management.
