Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIME

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery takes 5–7 days for Lagos, 10–14 days for the rest of Nigeria, and 14–18 days for international orders.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping fees are covered by the customer and calculated at checkout. Final cost is determined by the package's weight at the delivery company, and may vary due to:

• • Exchange rate fluctuations: as we operate from Nigeria, international shipping costs are subject to currency changes
• • Package weight: orders weighing 1.5kg and above may incur higher shipping fees due to standard courier weight classifications

Shipping fees are communicated clearly during order confirmation.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and dispatched promptly once payment is confirmed. If you don't receive tracking information within a few business days of placing your order, please contact us.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the rare event of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us immediately at shopmunie@gmail.com. Resolution will be determined at the discretion of management.
